Fallowleaf padded out of the warriors den into the bright clearing. Leaf-fall was already in bloom and there was a small chill in the air. She sat down and started sunbathing.
Fallowleaf suppressed a purr of delight and nodded. "Let's go catch some prey." She said, her blue eyes lighting up in the morning son.
Bramblestar padded up to Fallowleaf, the she-cat was sunbathing. She plopped down beside her and purred a greeting. She twisted to groom her fur that was still sticking up from sleep. Bramblestar sighed, she wished leaf-fall wasn't already here, soon the sun would be hidden behind clouds. "How are you?" Bramblestar asked quietly.
Fallowleaf replied,"Magnificent." A cool wind swept through the clearing, making Fallowleaf shiver in its wake.
Bramblestar purred lightly, and fluffed her fur up against the wind. "Would you like to go hunting with me? I figure if we get out there now before the dawn patrols are sent out we can get the prey before they're scared back into their nests."

Bramblestar padded into the camp from her dark den and was blinded by the sudden brightness. She took a moment to blink the sun out of her eyes. She then went to look for a cat to speak with.
